Yoram Kostiner
General Manager - Founder

Over 20 years experience in the semiconductor market.

Prior to establishing EMY-Tech in 2004, Yoram was a regional sales manager for Marvell Semiconductor in Europe and Israel.

Experience in wide range of market segments; Datacom, Telecom, WLAN, Mobile Phone, Defense and Consumer Electronics.

Eli Kraus
VP Business Development

Over 15 years of experience in IC physical design and EDA. Prior to EMY-Tech, Eli was at Magma Design Automation as Sr. Application Engineer and Sales Account Manager for new accounts; responsible for the penetration of new and existing Magma products.

Prior to Magma, Eli was a member of the pioneer group of Analog Devices DSP division in Israel, where his experience included physical design and managing the physical design team of the TigerSharc DSP project.

Prior to Analog Devices, Eli was a member of the physical design group at Motorola Semiconductor Israel (MSIL).
